As a manufacturer of packaging films, we can offer you very individual solutions for your packaging.

Our varied range of products is all manufactured from blown film.
By slitting the blown film on both sides we produce 2 flat films simultaneously (shrink flat film). If the tubular film is slit on one side, this produces half tubing film.

In a further work stage it is possible to produce sleeves from the half tubing, which we can offer you perforated on rolls.
Blanks are produced from a flat film (cover film).

To achieve a larger circumference, we can also produce the blown film with a side fold. This blown film with side fold can be processed directly on your system or we can use it to make products such as side gusseted sacks or shrink film covers for you.

These products are manufactured in many different materials:

• HDPE (high density polyethylene), MDPE
• LDPE (low density polyethylene), LLDPE
• COEX (multi-layer films, three layers)
• and our own developments, Düfolen and Düfo-Trix
  (see the description at "film types")

The polyethylene shrink films can be produced in biaxial or monoaxial design.

• biaxial shrinking means: shrinkage in both film directions
• monoaxial shrinking means: more longitudinal than axial shrinkage

Film properties can be developed with specific additives in the granulate:

• Coloured in almost any colour
• UV stability (up to 2 years)
• Antistatic/ESD
• Anti-slip/roughened surface with the addition of MAS

All films can also be provided with the following special features on request:

• Needled
• Punched (diameter 6 mm)
• Printed with up to 8 colours
• Waste disposal mark, such as Resy, Grüner Punkt and/or Interseroh
