we have two flexographic printing presses:

A 6-colour system, floor-type, also suitable for printing on both sides, with a max. printing width of 1400 mm.

Our newest system, an 8-colour central impression flexo printing press from Windmöller & Hölscher for printing widths of 1270 mm, is among the most modern of its type.

The system is driven with sleeves instead of the conventional cylinders. The machine is also equipped with an automatic ink washing system which, in combination with the sleeves, reduces setup time by up to 2/3. This now enables us to achieve high-quality printing results in short runs economically.

An integrated coil cutter makes a second work stage unnecessary in many applications. The system also has an electronic, intermittent pre-printing stage, which also allows a recess for pressure broadening across the film.

The following measuring and control equipment are integrated into this system to ensure the high quality of your products:

• Electronically controlled web monitoring system
• Automatic, electronic register adjustment of printing status also during operation
• Barcode check during the printing process
• Permanent monitoring of the printing format for printing faults with alarm
